I had basically grown up, and had decided to move into the medical customer service/administrative assistant side, so I needed help without having to tug heavy textbooks around... I purchased these in 2013, it is now 2016 and they still look brand new like if I had purchased them just yesterday... I highly recommend to anyone just starting out in this field, and would like a cheat sheet if you will to have handy without having to search all over the internet, your phone, textbooks, and etc... Although I do recommend that you search to make sure if any newly updated inserts have come out...

Charts are very helpful, and are good sized

This abbreviation sheet is awesome! I bought this and a conversions chart and both are very helpful. I will say these are binder size, they aren't small like I thought they would be. (I didn't read the dimensions before I purchased.) They do come pre-hole punched. I keep them both in a binder along with extra paper and such as I work on a med cart. So I can write down prns, laxs, orders, med changes, and these charts help incase I have any questions about abbreviations or conversions.

Out of the 5 "Quick Study Guides" I purchased, this is by far the most go-to one that I have used for coding purposes. I love them all, but I have used this one the most for classwork and homework. It is easy to use and has lots of helpful information. I would definitely recommend this for people who are not familiar with medical abbreviations and acronyms. This will be an valuable asset to you.
